Glass offers many advantages in the kitchen: In contrast to the usual backsplash, a kitchen splashback made of glass is jointless. Therefore, it is particularly easy to clean. Thanks to the smooth, pore-free surface, kitchen splashbacks and worktops are very hygienic. Toughened safety glass not only offers shock and impact resistance, but can also be designed in many ways: with enamelled or printed glass or by textile in the glass or a special lacquer coating. Of course, you get kitchen splashbacks or worktops made to measure from Glas Marte – with cut-outs for sockets, switches, fittings or surface and round cut-outs.
