Technology:
The acrylate bonding that is common in glass furniture construction is extremely durable and extremely resistant to temperature fluctuations and a wide range of cleaning agents. Glass is bonded to glass or metal with modern adhesives that cure under UV light. Permanent and absolutely invisible. Once cured, the crystal-clear acrylate adhesives are extremely stable (in part, the strength lies above the stability of the glass). From glass-glass connections to the bonding of stainless steel rosettes for table feet to metal fittings on glass, everything is possible. Acrylate adhesives are ideal for showcases, glass stands, shelves or tables, as they allow frameless and slender constructions that also underline the transparent character of the glass. In comparison with a screwed connection, a bond also facilitates cleaning, as no raised hinge parts or screws interrupt the smooth surface. The assembly is also simplified.
