COLORFUL DIVERSITY, CONSTANT SAFETY
GM VSG LAMIMART® COLOR consists of at least two panes of glass, which are firmly bonded together with viscoplastic, highly tear-resistant foils, mostly made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB). The glasses are heated along with the intermediate film by infrared radiators and pressed together by means of a roller press. The autoclave is then used to create a permanent bond between glass and foil under heat and pressure. Several panes of the same or varying types and thicknesses of glass can be connected, so that the advantages of different glass types can be combined in one composite.
GM VSG LAMIMART® COLOR is used both indoors and outdoors: monolithic as a two- or multi-layered element or in an insulating glass composite. The design options are multiplied by combining it with colored films, digital or screen printing.
